2019 Taybotech’s supplier conference was completed on 22nd March in Taybotech’s hall which locates in Jinshan industrial area. The principle of this conference was Strategic cooperation, Quality improvement and Win-win station.
This conference was held by Mrs. Jin Tianhong, the Material Control Director. The President Tao Lin (Lenny Tao), the CEO Xie Hong (Simon Xie), the Vice CEO Park Woosik, Vice CEO Lee Taeho, Vice CEO Ma Li, Quality Manager Sun Zhishan and other leaders attended this conference.
On the meeting, Mr. Xie made a specific introduction as well as a strategic plan of company. Moreover, the position of suppliers in Taybotech’s strategy was stressed and had Taybotech’s thanks as they had made such achievements and contributions.
Taybotech is growing very quickly with size of company and teams develops. Those suppliers were divided into three groups and were led by Mr. Xie, Mr. Lee and Mr. Sun to see Taybotech’s developed experimental equipment, automatic production line of HAVC, and production line of canal.
After this visit, Mrs. Jin looked back the statement of suppliers in 2018, and pointed out the standard and ways to measure suppliers in 2019 as she also stressed the requirement of quality of Taybotech’s products in2019, which was to encourage suppliers to continue work hard and struggle.
Within the conference, some good suppliers shared their experience and management basing on their companies.
Referring to quality improvement, Taybotech and suppliers had a successful discussion which finally made a plan for quality improvement in 2019 though analyze the problems which happened in 2018 and example of defective products. There were a remarkable numbers of important consensuses and strategies had been made between Taybotech and suppliers. Taybotech also stressed the special role which quality plays in the competition. That means, the only way of gaining reputation and getting success is to strength quality management and continue to keep, and improve, products’ reliability and quality. Taybotech always obey the principle of ‘Titanic quality and platinum service’, which reflects the serious requirement and attitude for quality.
This conference also included awards for excellent suppliers. Mrs. Xie granted ‘The Award for Supplier for Best Service in 2018’ and ‘The Award for Supplier for Best Quality Promotion’ to below companies.
Vice CEO Park Woosik granted ‘The Award for Annual Best Cooperation in 2018’ to below company.
President Lenny Tao granted ‘The Award for Best Project Cooperation in 2018’.
Until that time, this conference successfully completed. This conference linked suppliers and Taybotch deeply as it could provide a direction of cooperation as well as a foundation of win-win station in the future.
